Ray came over to fix a leaking roof. He was able to diagnose the issue, and fix it with minimal fuss. We’ve had so many issues with tradesmen in the past but Ray was a breath of fresh air. Thank you.

We accepted quote for repairing roof leak. Was expensive but we went ahead. Guarantee requested on payment but never received. However leak continued. Was asked to recheck. Their representative immediately said it was a gutter problem and suggested cleaning the gutter and drain pipe, to which we agreed and made a further payment. Leaks continued. We contacted Arkle again. Another representative called on 20 November 2023 to do a further investigation. Since then despite enquiries and requests they are not responding to emails or phone calls. We are still collecting rainwater in buckets.

We had some tiles replaced, guttering cleared and repaired and vegetation removed. This was done quickly, and as far as we can tell, properly. The real test will be in heavy rain!

Incredibly impressed with the quality of the work completed and the professionalism of the Arkle Roofing team. Would definitely recommend them! We had new skylights installed, new roof installed and gutters repaired - everything looks fantastic and was left super clean after the job was finished.
