10 Perhaps not the cheapest BUT THE BEST by far.

Job location: DH9We had used Area Maintenance a few years ago, at 3 in the morning, when we had a major leak in the loft, with water coming down two floors through the ceilings…. So when our security light needed replacing, as well as its wiring needing attention, we contacted Area Maintenance. The gentleman who came was very efficient and professional…. A great ambassador for the Company. I can recommend Area Maintenance without hesitation if these are the type of technicians they employ. 10 Reliable

My boiler packed in and I needed a combi boiler replacement. Craig and Ethan were marvellous,explained everything,quiet and efficient,no fuss,excellent work,friendly and polite. Maria advised me each morning they were on their way. I have used the firm before and trust them completely. Efficient and get the job done to a very high professional finish even getting reclamation bricks to match the brickwork. Im extremely pleased with all the work.
