Man came out, put mop in the bowl and flushed. It cleared. We tried another time and it seemed ok. Total 10 seconds work and told me it was fixed. 2 days later the same problem happened but as I was ill and had hospital issues my husband didn’t get round to calling for another few days. When he did, AM said they would charge another £120 to come and ‘see’. Given that the original issue was clearly not properly dealt with (and we had paid about £60 a minute for the first call) we were shocked that they wanted to charge the full amount again straight off. Poor Work, poor service

Kevin did a great job of plumbing repair, no fuss & very supportive & helpful. Thoroughly recommend this Company.
