Booked a plumber due to leaking cistern in upper bathroom. co-incidently, man who arrived had done a previous job for me. A very likeable and friendly guy, he sorted the problem quickly and with time still available, secured a mixer tap on a sink which had been wobbly for quite some time.Very professional and explained procedures at all times. Very happy and highly recommended.

Rapid response on a small job. Jacob was friendly and efficient; we’d certainly use Area Maintenance again.

Did not carry out a proper assessment of the job as there electrical fault in the main box. I had to ask him to come as the new boiler was not working properly only then was the main box checked and there was a fuse blown. I was charged an extra call out of £186.00. I would not recommend this service and believe you should remove this company from your system

I needed an emergency electrician call out for my elderly and vulnerable relatives. Tried half a dozen other services. And either no one answered the telephone or details were taken and I was left waiting for hours with no indication of when or if someone would come out. Called Area Maintenance, the phone was answered immediately by an actual person, not some soulless A.I. bot that either didn’t understand or leaves me on hold. Friendly and helpful, excellent service.

We had used Area Maintenance a few years ago, at 3 in the morning, when we had a major leak in the loft, with water coming down two floors through the ceilings…. So when our security light needed replacing, as well as its wiring needing attention, we contacted Area Maintenance. The gentleman who came was very efficient and professional…. A great ambassador for the Company. I can recommend Area Maintenance without hesitation if these are the type of technicians they employ.
