We had an old carpet in our living room but wanted to install engineered oak flooring in its place. I contacted a few tradespeople using Checkatrade to get some quotes and eventually went with Arbor Wood Floors as the quote was very reasonable and I had a good feeling about Nick after meeting him. To say we were happy with our choice is an understatement. The work was completed quickly and to a very high standard and there were no additional costs added to the bill. Very happy with the flooring! Nick did an amazing job. The communication was great and he finished the job on the timeline scheduled. Nick is not a tradesman, if I had to describe him, then I would say he is a master craftsman. He communicated well from start to finish, any problems wee discussed and resolved in a professional manner, he gave me a price before starting work (which was very reasonable) and stuck to it, Nick worked hard to get the job done and didn't cut any corners.
