We had an old carpet in our living room but wanted to install engineered oak flooring in its place. I contacted a few tradespeople using Checkatrade to get some quotes and eventually went with Arbor Wood Floors as the quote was very reasonable and I had a good feeling about Nick after meeting him. To say we were happy with our choice is an understatement. The work was completed quickly and to a very high standard and there were no additional costs added to the bill. Nick was also very pleasant to deal with and left the place spotless when he finished. To sum up excellent work.

Very happy with the flooring! Nick did an amazing job. The communication was great and he finished the job on the timeline scheduled. Nick is an excellent craftsman and was able to resolve all the problems that came up. I would definitely recommend. Great work!

Nick is not a tradesman, if I had to describe him, then I would say he is a master craftsman. He communicated well from start to finish, any problems wee discussed and resolved in a professional manner, he gave me a price before starting work (which was very reasonable) and stuck to it, Nick worked hard to get the job done and didn't cut any corners. The floor looks great (2 bedrooms and a hall) and we would definitely and absolutely use him again! Thank you Nick!

This is the fourth occasion that we have used Nick Arnese for flooring ( which speaks for itself ); a well informed professional, always does an excellent job, and in a friendly fashion. We would recommend his services.

Our experience of working with Nick for our whole ground floor was exceptional. We now have a natural solid wood floor everywhere at ground level. We are delighted and everyone who visits immediately says 'wow'! Ours is a new build and we did not like any of the standard flooring offered by the builder. So glad we waited and got Nick to lay the floor for us. He is a true expert craftsman! Thank you so much.
