My dad's hot water was playing up. He is elderly and terminally ill. Tommy came out and was polite and friendly and put dad at ease. My dad can get nervous about these type of situations so this was appreciated . He assessed the taps and water and looked at the boiler (it is in a difficult to access place) which it turned out had no pressure. My dad had moved a few months ago and the heating hasn't been reliable either. Once pressure restored water is working well. Also looked at the water stop as dad has been waiting for Yorkshire water to come back for 3 months + Tommy showed us how to turn the isolation switch and also where to look for potential leaks. So much appreciated and thanks for putting us at ease and allowing dad to have a shower again! Recommended.

From first phone call to finishing the job, the detail was perfect. Even finished off a few extras in the bathroom. New pipes fitted inside and outside. Would highly recommend. Friendly and easy to chat with.

Extremely quick and excellent service. Needed the work carried out asap due to a leak and it was fixed within a few hours. Very friendly and everything was explained fully. Would definitely recommend.

Plumber came to remove an old radiator in the bathroom and fit a new towel radiator as well as do some pipework. Excellent job done by the plumber, was later than expected however he kept in touch with us and with the heat we completely understood jobs taking longer to dry etc. He cracked on promptly and left the room nice and tidy.
