  Hot water not working properly, especially in shower.

  My dad's hot water was playing up. He is elderly and terminally ill. Tommy came out and was polite and friendly and put dad at ease. My dad can get nervous about these type of situations so this was appreciated . He assessed the taps and water and looked at the boiler (it is in a difficult to access place) which it turned out had no pressure. My dad had moved a few months ago and the heating hasn't been reliable either. Once pressure restored water is working well. Also looked at the water stop as dad has been waiting for Yorkshire water to come back for 3 months + Tommy showed us how to turn the isolation switch and also where to look for potential leaks. So much appreciated and thanks for putting us at ease and allowing dad to have a shower again! Recommended.
