  I cannot recommend this company enough. The work carried out by Graham and Luke was to an extremely high standard and they went over and beyond what was expected. Nothing was too much trouble and they cleaned all the flagstones around the pond and regrouted, which was not something I was expecting. They always turned up on time with a smile, were friendly and kept me informed throughout the project of anything that occurred. I am really pleased with the end result and the fish are delighted with their new surroundings!

  Comprehensive pond cleaning and clearing

  This was a long and demanding job. Jamie and Jason worked with unflagging attention, taking real care with the clearing of unwanted plants and weeds in the pond and surrounding area, and with the removal of some fish. The pond now looks beautiful. I have used Aquajoy for some 30 years and highly recommend them. Always professional and friendly .

  Outstanding Professional Workers for Pond repair and Maintenance

  Graham and Luke from Aquajoy came to renovate and repair our very old garden pond. From the outset, they discussed and advised on different possibilities. They arrived promptly every day and explained exactly what they were going to be doing. They went above and beyond what was expected of them . As my husband is not in good health and is unable to do much in our garden, they offered to do some extra planting and cleaning for us. This was done while the treatments to the pond were drying out. They even included Luke's son, Riley, who was very helpful.

  Securing a lake bank, diverting and securing a drainage channel and clearing out a large stream

  Graham, Luke and Richard of Aquajoy went above and beyond in their service, offering lots of expertise and advice and undertaking the works in great time and with consummate professionalism. I cannot recommend Aquajoy enough - they’ve made a difficult situation safe and we are very grateful to the team.

  Fish transportation preparation

  We needed our koi bagged up for transportation. They helped drain down the pond, caught the fish and bagged them up with pond water and oxygen. They were knowledable and professional and helped place the fish in our car and gave clear instructions on what to do once we arrived. All our fish survived the 100 mile journey and are now in their new pond at our new home. Happy to recommend.
