Graham, Luke and Richard of Aquajoy went above and beyond in their service, offering lots of expertise and advice and undertaking the works in great time and with consummate professionalism. I cannot recommend Aquajoy enough - they’ve made a difficult situation safe and we are very grateful to the team.

We needed our koi bagged up for transportation. They helped drain down the pond, caught the fish and bagged them up with pond water and oxygen. They were knowledable and professional and helped place the fish in our car and gave clear instructions on what to do once we arrived. All our fish survived the 100 mile journey and are now in their new pond at our new home. Happy to recommend.

Great work undertaken by Luke and Graham on replacing my pond with grass and slab stepping stones. I would highly recommend , they were efficient and knowledgeable and helped me make up my mine on the best option for a replacement which would be safe and kid friendly. Luke even worked on a Saturday. Many thanks to them and I am now looking forward to a visit from my family !

We had our mind built by Aquajoy and since then they have maintained it quarterly. All staff including those in the officeare polite,explain well and do a wonderful job. Always a pleasure to see them.

I have had a reconstruction of a pond in my garden. Graham and Luke who were assigned to do the job have worked extremely hard and managed to create a better pond in terms of the appearance. They have also improved the pond in other ways, for example, they have extended a terrace with aquatic soil and pebbles to stabilise the water plants. The level of their work ethics and the skills are very high and it is obvious that they have pride in their profession. I can now look forward to the Spring time where the birds will bathe in the stream and the fish will become very active gain.
