Josh and Connor were so helpful both on the phone in giving ideas about that the problem could be but also on explaining what he was doing when he was fixing it. Was punctual and friendly, would definitely recommend as people you can trust.

Josh took my call. Within just a few hours he’d arranged for Connor to come and look at the underfloor heating. He fixed it within the hour call out charge. We were super impressed and so grateful. Lovely man. The whole experience was faultless. Thoroughly recommend. Don’t hesitate to call them.

Did the job exactly as discussed, plus gave very a good explanation of the changes that had been made. While here they also did some other small jobs not originally on the list. Very happy with the final result and will not hesitate to use them again for further works.

24 | 7 serviced my boiler, leaving it dripping with water, they failed to come out and resolve the problem when I called them back. I called on Josh, who came out first thing and made sure the condense trap was cleaned and connected securely, with a new washer fitted. Very timely service, and to the highest level of quality. Josh carried out a boiler service and gas fire check on a house that we are in the process of purchasing. Booking the service in was very straightforward and he even rang me after the service had taken place to explain the results further and to put my mind at ease about some concerns we had.
