We contacted Aquaheat to have our heating system changed, in an annexe next to our house, from a Nest to a Hive. Connor and another engineer came out and were both brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the system didn't work correctly in our house and Aquaheat told me they would order another part to try and rectify this. Since then they haven't returned any of my emails. We are left having paid over £500 for a system that cannot be controlled in the annexe and a thermostat that only works in the main house - not dissimilar from the Nest that we were replacing. Very disappointing

Hi, thanks for your review and thanks for praising our engineers, we really appreciate the feedback. We have looked back and have noticed there was one email not replied to, for this we do take full accountability and we do apologise. We did try to get in contact with yourselves multiple times after we offered to carry out the installation and supply of the signal boosters free of charge, so you could have the thermostat in your preferred position but you have not returned any of our calls or emails.
