  Pete was great - turned up as expected. Basin fitted very smartly. He explained some issues with the waste and pipes and offered ideas. Price was reasonable. Would hire again.

  Initially I requested a shower repair but then also asked if Peter could replace a leaking tap.

  Emily called to offer an appointment and gave details of the call out charge. In the event Pete had a cancellation on the day so called to ask if he could come earlier. He confirmed that the mixer in my shower had failed and gave me the option of replacing the valve or the whole shower and get a warranty for relatively little extra cost. I asked if he could also look at a tap in my downstairs toilet. Again he suggested a cost effective replacement. Pete worked quickly and neatly and explained exactly what he had done. I was really impressed and will definitely recommend him! Thank you!
