  Replacement of kitchen mixer tap

  All contact with Pete and Emily was professional and friendly. Wanted a quote for 2 jobs that I had been told were needed. Pete took a look and said the main work was not required and explained why, doing himself out of that job! 2 other companies had quoted as a day or a day and a half job. Pete costed the tap replacement and it was agreed he would come back in 2 days which was confirmed later by Emily. Very happy with my new, properly functioning tap. Pete's attitude to his work is extremely honest and helpful. He will absolutely be my go to plumber and would definitely recommend.

  Replacing waste water pipes

  Pete replaced all the waste pipes under our home as parts of the old pipe work had dropped and was causing blockages. All the new pipes were clipped up to prevent any further problems. Pete also lagged the cold water mains , fitted a new basin waste and replaced the washer on our shower. Pete is very knowledgeable and explained everything he had done. He is a genuinely nice man and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him - he will now be our go-to plumber!

  Replacement Dishwasher

  Having paid for the installation service, when new dishwasher was delivered, the technicians could not take out and install new appliance. Very annoyed!! I phoned Aquaflame that morning, and Pete came at 5.30, after another job, and within one hour all set up, tested, old one put outside. I can't thank him enough.

  Replacing unvented water cylinder

  Pete was great and super efficient! He was able to replace a cylinder than was on its last legs within a day whilst also doing protective work to make sure our damp issue would no longer be a problem.
