Exceptionally helpful, highly skilled and very professional. Managed to fix a problem six other visits by British Gas couldn’t sort out. Highly recommend.

Emily called to offer an appointment and gave details of the call out charge. In the event Pete had a cancellation on the day so called to ask if he could come earlier. He confirmed that the mixer in my shower had failed and gave me the option of replacing the valve or the whole shower and get a warranty for relatively little extra cost. I asked if he could also look at a tap in my downstairs toilet. Again he suggested a cost effective replacement. Pete worked quickly and neatly and explained exactly what he had done. I was really impressed and will definitely recommend him! Thank you!

Emily took our initial call and was extremely efficient in providing a timing estimate for the work we needed. Pete was able to get to us within a day, arrived when he said and fixed our issue within the given time frame. He even returned a call of mine to offer further advice about a seperate issue we had, saving a callout. Would definitely recommend.

All contact with Pete and Emily was professional and friendly. Wanted a quote for 2 jobs that I had been told were needed. Pete took a look and said the main work was not required and explained why, doing himself out of that job! 2 other companies had quoted as a day or a day and a half job. Pete costed the tap replacement and it was agreed he would come back in 2 days which was confirmed later by Emily. Very happy with my new, properly functioning tap. Pete's attitude to his work is extremely honest and helpful. He will absolutely be my go to plumber and would definitely recommend.
