    The plumber was amazingly supportive, understanding and helpful again and was in and out with the problem fixed in under 5 minutes. He told me what I need to look out for next time and how to fix it myself and he was absolutely incredible! 11 stars out of 10!

    Andy was great! super lovely and great communication. He did an amazing job of refitting our bathroom where everything was moving position. Moved radiator, shower, sink and toilet and the work carried out was amazing. we love our new shower room. 100% would recommend him and his team.

    Replace a stopcock I had been told was not turning off the water inside my house.

    I cannot recommend Andy enough. I was told by a boiler engineer that my Stopcock wasn't turning off the water and I needed it replaced. Andy came and took if off and checked everything ,but told me it was working fine and couldn't understand why I was told I needed a new one. He could have made money by replacing it when it didn't need to replaced , but he was honest and also didn't want paying for the time he spent on it. There aren't many people who would do that. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again.
