Andrew has been outstanding from start to finish. Honest, reliable, professional, and clearly passionate about his work. He transformed some untidy exposed pipework left by the previous owner, replaced our radiators, installed kitchen pipe work and new taps, listened to what we wanted, and suggested even better solutions. After dealing with less reliable tradespeople in the past, Andrew was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend APW to anyone looking for quality workmanship and someone they can genuinely trust.

Andy, the plumber, was prompt, turned up on the right date at the right time. He quickly identified my problem, which was a waste pipe had come off completely under my shower. This was hidden from view and I did not know what it was, just that there was moisture in the walls next to the bathroom. He immediately fixed it and cleared up afterwards. An excellent job done.

Radiator Replacement Booked Andy to do this following some previous work completed to high standard. All completed quickly, again to a high standard. Also took away all old parts. Would recommend.

Initially called in to fix a leaky toilet which was done to a high standard, and then came back to install outdoor Hot + Cold taps for us (which we had been told were too difficult to do when we got our extension done, which blocked our original outdoor tap location). Did a great job of this, with minimal cuts needed to the internal kitchen cupboards to get the pipes from the sink to outside, even though we said we didn't mind how big the internal holes were as you can't see them. Always friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

We had excellent service from Andy over the festive period when our heating started playing up. He quickly diagnosed the issue and the problem was resolved. He even went the extra mile to improve our water pressure which hadn’t been great for years. We’re very happy with the service he gives which he carries out promptly , quietly and efficiently.
