Martyn and Matthew were prompt, swiftly installed the windows with care and professionalism. They tidied up as they went along. They were approachable and helpful when we realised we needed replacement windowsills. The office team were fantastic over the phone, via email and in person from the initial enquiry in their show room to the home visit. The surveyor Matt was efficient and reassuring as he visited during building works to take a closer look as we had render removed. We are incredibly happy with the installation. The windows are Rehau The Residence Collection.

Exceptional. Family run business, very helpful from the first point of contact. Two visits to the house, an initial visit to access our requirements and discuss posibilities, then a surveyors visit. The fitters arrived on time, they were professional, efficent and did a really good job The windows and doors were fitted very professionally and the house left spotlessly clean. Very pleased we chose this company.

Colin who fitted the window was punctual, very professional and tidy in his work. This is a fabulous family business and quality products for a reasonable price.

Brilliant service provided from start to finish. Staff in the office are really friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem. We were kept up to date frequently from placing our order, then updates on a fitting date, who would be coming out to fit and also what to expect on the day. Martyn and Michael were our fitters. Both were friendly, professional and hard working. They talked me through how the door works and everything I needed to know. You wouldn't have known they had been there once the fitting was done, the clean up was immaculate. Really pleased with the service and the door.

We are very happy repeat customers, and would not think of using anyone else. The overall customer experience was superb. Highly recommended!
