  New Gas Boiler Installation

  It is a pleasure to write on behalf of Tony and James Pritchard, who do excellent work. From the outset they were professional in manner and they are certainly experts. They diagnosed the problems with our old boiler and clearly explained options that we had. We subsequently decided to ask them to install a new boiler, which they did today efficiently and very neatly. They throughly tested the entire system and were kind and courteous throughout. We will certainly use them again for regular maintenance and for any additional heating and plumbing issues that may arise.

  Tony and James were excellent - turned up same day, looked at the job, gave a quote, turned up next day and did the work. Communicated as they went so I understood what was required and why. Went above and beyond with a job harder than initially expected. Kept things tidy as they went.

Tony and James communication was 1st class, keeping me updated throughout the process and discussing any concerns that I might have. They were punctual, very approachable, understanding and very cost-effective. Their work ethic is flawlessly and their work is completed meticulously and thoroughly, leaving our house in pristine condition once finished. No job is too big or too small for them.   Fitted new gas boiler.

  Father/son pair make a great team. Both were friendly and tidy workers. The boiler is fitted in my cellar which does not have full headroom but they coped well with this without a word of complaint. Arranged for the old boiler to be removed the same day. Final price was as quoted. All left nice and tidy. Great job done - highly recommended.
