Within three days of consulting regarding an old, broken boiler, Tony was able to acquire and install a new boiler for me. Communication was clear at all times. Quick and non-disruptive installation, and all waste was sorted to be collected after the job was done.

I knew beforehand that the boiler had a fault. This was quickly diagnosed and a range of options was fully explained to me. I took the advice and this led to a new boiler, the old one was geting towards the end of its life - which I was aware of before this service was used. Work was done the next day, the old boiler removed and the new one installed fuss free within 2 hours of arrival. All the coponents of the old boiler were removed and I was shown how to operate the Halo system for controlling temperature. All work to set up the guarentee was also completed Very happy with all aspects

Always quick to respond to my calls and kept me updated, making sure I understood each step etc. were flexible around my own availability which was so helpful. Also a really nice, friendly team to have into the house. I would happily use them again in the future.
