  I would highly recommend New Roofing Ltd. They are extremely professional, efficient, tidy and very hardworking. They let me know at every stage of their work on my flat roof and I was extremely pleased with the result. Well worth the outlay of cost.

  I cannot thank Charlie and his team enough for a superb Job. Approved Roofing and Property maintenance Limited came highly recommended by some neighbours and I can see why. They were prompt in replying to my calls, they arrived as advised at 8am to begin works and completed a superbly finished Roof within the day. we are over the moon with the work that has been done. Thanks Charlie for keeping us updated along the way too. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

  Very speedy gutter/downpipe repair

  Had an urgent issue with a gutter/downpipe following all the bad weather we have been having that needed a quick repair. Charlie from Approved Roofing and Property Maintenance responded to this very quickly. He sorted the repair on the same day, and the gutter is now working properly again. He is a nice guy and I was impressed
