  Brilliant service, I have been having issues with leaks in my gutters since they were replaced a few years ago and have had 3 different contractors come round to fix them, who take my money, do a poor job and try and convince me to replace my roof tiles or have other such work done I dont need. Approved Roofing were professional, and have fixed the issue, hopefully for good. They even went as far as coming back the week after the first visit to fix another issue that had been missed on the first visit in the pouring rain. Even though they had been paid, and didn't ask for further payment.

  Helpful reliable roofer

  He has reset tiles on my roof, pointed the capping. He has also turned out at a weekend to fix leaking guttering. He is readily available and always helpful. We have been happy with his standard of work and price.

  I would highly recommend New Roofing Ltd. They are extremely professional, efficient, tidy and very hardworking. They let me know at every stage of their work on my flat roof and I was extremely pleased with the result. Well worth the outlay of cost.

  I cannot thank Charlie and his team enough for a superb Job. Approved Roofing and Property maintenance Limited came highly recommended by some neighbours and I can see why. They were prompt in replying to my calls, they arrived as advised at 8am to begin works and completed a superbly finished Roof within the day. we are over the moon with the work that has been done. Thanks Charlie for keeping us updated along the way too. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.
