It was a pleasure to deal with Charlie and his team. They were cheerful, friendly and hardworking and left the place very clean and tidy.

This is the fourth time I have used the company. This time I asked them to install a roofing tile for an extractor fan; and while they were on the roof to remove the external aerial cable that was no longer used. I am extremely happy with the work. Charlie and his sons are always a pleasure to speak to. I will turn to them for any other roofing etc. needs that I have. I thought the work was very reasonable.

After this firm made such a good job of the coating of the flashings back in July on our roof I felt the lead beneath our bay window could also do with a touch-up. Charlie senior was quite happy to arrange this despite it being a minor job. We are very pleased by the outcome.

After the work this firm did I proposed some painting of an outside wall. They were happy to take on this rather minor job. My wife and I were very happy with the outcome.

I have used this company for moss removal, painting the house and replacing guttering. They also painted the house and replaced the flat roof with a waterproof coating. They also did this for the flashings. We had soffits fitted and the chimney repointed and coated with a waterproof repellent. We are very happy with the work. There was follow-up where one of the guttering's was leaking which Charlie, his son Charlie and Tony were very responsive about and came back to fix.

The company team worked long hours and diligenty undertook the work on the roof. The sometimes cold and wet weather did not delay them. The team deployed were pleasant, courteous and consciencious on site and anwsered all questions in a transparent fashion. Their whole approach was very professional and inspired confidence in what they were about. Inspection following a final clean up was undertaken. As claimed, a forty five year old roof that was very weathered now looks like new. The provision to follow up any requirement of an after sales service is reassuring. As a customer I felt valued.
