I was told he would arrive at 8am on a text message the eve before but the engineer arrived at 10. On arrival he did explain that the job was on on a time slot between 8-13:00 and it was , I'm only mentioning this as others have said the engineer was late but this is not the case. The job was done to satisfaction. I would recommend.

DOMESTIC APPLIANCES SOLUTIONS repaired my leaking washing machine. The communication was good. The engineer attended at the agreed time and the repair cost was within the quoted amount.

Absolutely professional service

Engineer arrived 3 hrs late (did call 15 mins before arriving) but had texted to say 1pm. Arrived 4pm. Person who arranged job said £98 & engineer tried to charge £120. He accepted £98 when I challenged it.
