  From the moment I posted the job on here, the communication with Brad was top class. He came to my house on time and fixed the cooker with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended

  Exceptional Service to Elderly customers

  Having been the victims of unscrupulous tradesmen in the last, my elderly parents needed a washing machine repair and so, as their Son, I searched for a reputable trader. My Parents are both Alzheimer’s sufferers and so it was important for me to make sure whoever came to try and fix the machine, was trustworthy. I searched via Checkatrade and settled with Appliance 2 Go from Cannock who attended in my presence. Brad was exceptionally polite and understanding of my concerns. He wasn’t able to fix the machine so arranged for a replacement. He came next day and fitted a new one.
