The engineer replied to my request quickly, we made an appointment for the following day. He arrived promptly, kept in touch to let me know when he would arrive and fixed my machine at a very reasonable cost

Although my washer wasn't repaired, after discussion I decided to have a reconditioned one from them. True to his word he was back the next morning with my new to me washer. Gave me a run through of programmes. Professional, helpful, friendly and he took away my old washer.

Absolutely fantastic and easy experience called to say was on his way supplied a new gasket clamp for my washer work was done in really good time friendly and would happily use again full customer care experience.
