  Paul came to look at our Miele Washing Machine. He kept us up to date with his ETA and was very professional. He carried out all the checks. Unfortunately we need a new machine but he explained what the problems are and we are happy we called him.

  AEG top oven/grill repair.

  Paul arrived in good time as agreed (even a little bit early which was good) Paul kept me updated about when he was on his way to my property and his expected eta. Paul was respectful of my home. He was efficient and appeared to be knowledgeable in what he was doing. Paul took the time to explain everything that he was doing to diagnose the fault. Paul had my oven back up and running again quickly and he also tested it in front of me. I found Paul to be very polite and he gave me confidence in his knowledge and his abilities. Thank you Paul, well done.

  Great service fixed my tumble dryer

  Paul Fixed my tumble dryer he is extremely professional and fast. I am extremely happy and impressed. 1 st visit checked the fault ordered part and fixed in 2 days once the part arrived. Left the area clean and tidy and he is very considerate. Also provided a warranty for the work. Thank you so much

  Paul was very helpful and worked hard to diagnose and attempt to fix the problem. He gave good advice as to the ongoing recovery of our freezer. Communication before arrival was good and let us know that he could arrive earlier if acceptable.

  Replacing fridge/freezer door seals

  Despite the date having to be rearranged for the second of the two options offered, which I could accommodate and had a contingency, the work was carried out thoroughly and professionally. The issues and consequences were also explained in full so that I could follow through with ensuring the replacement door seals to my fridge/freezer were functioning correctly once bedded in. I had purchased the seals in advance. Good price too for a job I could not tackle myself.
