  Freezer inspection and diagnosis

  When it became clear my freezer was struggling to maintain temperature, I put out the feelers for appliance engineers. Paul responded immediately, within minutes, and within 3 hours of arranging a visit he was in my kitchen diagnosing my freezer’s problem. Unfortunately it was a terminal condition and he had to recommend replacing the freezer, but thanks to his swift response time and decisive diagnosis I was able to get a new one ordered for next day delivery. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and I’ll definitely be reaching out to him with any future appliance repair needs. Thanks Paul!

  Washing Machine Filter Fix

  I had an issue with a blocked washing machine filter, and was unable to remove to clean myself. Contacted Paul who responded extremely quickly and gave plenty of options regarding a convenient time to visit (including same day)! On the day Paul gave an update on his arrival time, and when arrived was extremely friendly, professional and did a great job. I could not recommend him highly enough for an appliance fix. Will definitely use again!
