Paul arranged with my tenant to fix my he extractor hood same day as I called. All sorted and I’m very pleased with the result. Recommended.

I had an issue with a blocked washing machine filter, and was unable to remove to clean myself. Contacted Paul who responded extremely quickly and gave plenty of options regarding a convenient time to visit (including same day)! On the day Paul gave an update on his arrival time, and when arrived was extremely friendly, professional and did a great job. I could not recommend him highly enough for an appliance fix. Will definitely use again!

Paul was amazing! He came out to inspect my fridge freezer which got damaged during some building works. He did a same day call out and ascertain what the problem was. Parts were ordered and he came back a couple of days later to fit. Key points to this review. Communication – Kept me it the loop at all times, proactively updated me and called ahead when visiting. Price – Very fair pricing for call-out, parts and installation. Knowledge – Quicky identified the issue and knew exactly what he was doing! Time – Don’t waste any speaking to other engineers. Paul is the man!

Very professional job. Came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Ordered a new part and fitted it. He kindly came round late on evening after finishing his other jobs to fit the new door (not a straightforward process)
