  Professionalism and speed

  Josh the engineer was very good. From the moment I contacted him, he was very courteous and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem straightaway and was done having tested the appliance fully within 30 mins. Would defo recommend him to others.

  Washing machine installation

  Josh did a great job. The installation was tricky, as the integrated machine meant awkward to reach electric connections which Josh managed to sort out very cleverly. My new machine was expertly fitted. I can confidently say that Josh pays attention to detail. He is indeed a perfectionist. I am so pleased to have a properly working machine once again. Thank you, Josh!

  Replacement of heating element in SMEG Cooker.

  Heating element in the smaller oven of my SMEG Range cooker needed replacing. Spoke with Josh and after sending him a couple of photos of the issue he was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong. Appt arranged and Josh quickly sorted the problem for me. Josh was prompt and efficient, working very quickly to fit the new part. Oven now works perfectly and. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone in a similar situation. Top man!!

  Fridge not working

  The fridge had stopped cooling, so he repaired the issue without replacing any parts. He was very good, clean, and polite. He also contacted me the night before to inform me when he would be coming. I would highly recommend him.
