Appliance Repair responded quickly, correctly diagnosed the problem with our fridge, and sourced and installed the needed part - now back to working condition. We appreciated his clear explanations and professional attitude.

Professional & courteous service (we’ve used this company in the past and didn’t hesitate to call them again to look at our ageing fridge freezer when the fridge stopped working). Despite being busy, the engineer was here within 2 hrs & worked diligently on the fridge before leaving with simple instructions on what we needed to do after emptying out all the food. And to our delight, his suggestion worked perfectly! He’s saved us the expense of a new fridge freezer and we now have his advice on how to keep this one going for quite a while longer. Highly recommend!

Josh the engineer was very good. From the moment I contacted him, he was very courteous and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem straightaway and was done having tested the appliance fully within 30 mins. Would defo recommend him to others.

Josh did a great job. The installation was tricky, as the integrated machine meant awkward to reach electric connections which Josh managed to sort out very cleverly. My new machine was expertly fitted. I can confidently say that Josh pays attention to detail. He is indeed a perfectionist. I am so pleased to have a properly working machine once again.
