  Requested a quote for a dishwasher repair. Michael was punctual and professional, communicated well throughout, and completed the job to a very high standard. He was friendly and also provided good, practical advice. Highly recommend.

  Michael fixed our washing machine that was constantly turning on/ off. Michael responded quickly, he managed to squeeze us in a couple of days later. Found the problem straight away and thoroughly checked there were no other contributing factors. It cost half the price that Hotpoint were going to charge us. Within 2 days he came back with a new part and fitted it. He always turned up on time and also let us know when he was 30 mins away. He was extremely friendly and polite too. We've had no issues since.

  Good communication. I had a confirmation message about my booking and then another 10 minutes before arrival. All costs were explained up front. Even with a probable diagnosis. Very polite. Explained and shown what the problem was and went on to repair straight away. So pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend.
