  Washing Machine & Freezer Fixed

  We put in a call to fix our washing machine which wasn't draining. Communication was super professional and they arrived exactly when planned. M located it was a drain, not a machine problem, and sorted that brilliantly. Since we put in the call, our 20 yr old freezer also developed faulty. We assumed it was terminal and asked to book another call, but no! He fixed it in the same visit and all at a very reasonable price. Friendly and knowledgeable is what you need and it's what you get! Highly recommended

  Faulty washing machine

  Our washing machine experienced a fault and we needed help to see whether it could be repaired. We phoned and appointment was made within the day. Before the visit we were contacted to confirm the time and the again just before arrival. Michael was very informative and confirmed what was the likely cause, and what was to be done. The problem was sorted and other checks made. It was tested to make sure it was working and all without any additional charges. It's working well since.
