Very happy with service. Michael arrived within the window given and texted before hand to let me know on the way. I now have a working washer dryer. Very thorough and pointed out an unrelated potential problem that might occur in future. No pressure to get done. Outstanding. Michael is top a chap, he communicated well and kept me in the loop at all times. He had replaced the washing machine part with a original as asked not 3rd party.
