Michael (Appliance Mechanic), ran into a few issues when replacing the bearings in our washing machine. It was a learning experience for both of us! As a mechanical design engineer myself, after just a few seconds of conversation I could tell that Michael was a disciplined, well trained mechanic / technician. His work ethic was fantastic, hard working - no bull, and his communication skills were excellent, he even managed to explain what was happening to my wife, who has no clue with regards to things of a technical nature. Good outcome on the end. Totally recommend.
