We cannot fault the speedy and excellent response to our request to repair our dishwasher. Whilst with us, Michael also repaired a leaky washing machine. Follow up with a spare part happened a couple of days later. Great service and reasonable price. Would highly recommend .

Absolutely brilliant. Michael came out diagnosed the problem promptly. He then proceeded to order the parts needed. Through no fault of his own one part could not be sourced but, despite Hotpoint allowing the order to go through initially. So we did not continue with the repair, but had we done so I believe it would have been done to the highest standard. I would 100% call on Michael again, should I need his services and would happily recommend him to everyone.

Michael was very knowledgable and easy to deal with. He asked for photos of the marks being left on our clothes which mean't he was already figuring out the problem before visiting. Clear communication throughout interaction. Would definitely use again.

Michael was brilliant. He came and had a look at the washing machine. Diagnosed that it was the circuit board and contacted Hotpoint for us. He tried to then order the circuit board and programmer. Hotpoint excepted the order and later told him that one part could take weeks. Unfortunately, we didn’t continue with the repair as need a washing machine. However, would 100% recommend Michael and will definitely contact him again should I need any appliances looking at.
