Michael was very knowledgeable and able to give me a quote for parts and labour before arrival. He stopped by to inspect and make sure it was the fault he thought it was, and we ordered the parts. He has just finished fitting them and the washing machine is working better than ever. He has taken away the old parts and made sure nothing is leaking. An excellent job and I would highly recommend him.

My dishwasher needed new wiring, and it was replaced quickly and very professionally. Micheal was punctual and kept me informed as to when the parts would arrive, and when the job would be completed. I would definitely use again and thoroughly recommend.

Michael fixed our washing machine that was constantly turning on/ off. Michael responded quickly, he managed to squeeze us in a couple of days later. Found the problem straight away and thoroughly checked there were no other contributing factors. It cost half the price that Hotpoint were going to charge us. Within 2 days he came back with a new part and fitted it. He always turned up on time and also let us know when he was 30 mins away. He was extremely friendly and polite too. We've had no issues since.
