Same day repaired

Michael was friendly on initial contact and was flexible on availability. He showed up when he said he would and was very thorough with his investigate work. Work was carried out and the fault was resolved. He gave advice on how to avoid any future issues. I found Michael to be polite and knowledgeable.

We put in a call to fix our washing machine which wasn't draining. Communication was super professional and they arrived exactly when planned. M located it was a drain, not a machine problem, and sorted that brilliantly. Since we put in the call, our 20 yr old freezer also developed faulty. We assumed it was terminal and asked to book another call, but no! He fixed it in the same visit and all at a very reasonable price. Friendly and knowledgeable is what you need and it's what you get! Highly recommended
