  John-Andrew could not have been more accommodating and professional. He found the problems and sourced the parts and was frank and honest all the way, even taking a part to try and free it before just getting a new one. A very good service and would not hesitate to use again.

  Same day call out. Excellent communication. Above and beyond service. Clean and tidy. Not only fixed machine but also gave it a thorough service. Really friendly and polite. Completely perfect. Can’t fault. If only the rest of the world could be like this!

  Tumble Dryer Repair

  Absolutely great work. John-Andrew was able to come in on a short notice, quickly pinpointed the issue with our tumble dryer and was able to source the correct replacement part in record time despite it not being available with some bigger suppliers. Kept me in the loop the whole time and charged a very reasonable fee. We definitely know who to reach out to in case of any issues with our appliances!

  Communication was very good via email and John was happy to fit around a busy work and family schedule. The work was completed quickly and I am super happy with the results. No need to spend out on a new hoover and dishwasher!

  An amazing service from John who came same day I called to fix my bosh oven.He had to order some parts then returned to fit them keeping us updated at all times . Very efficient and helpful nothing was too much trouble for him would thoroughly recommend his services .
