  Very professional from the first contact. Checked all options before concluding that parts needed to be ordered. Ordered and installed 48 hours later. Very happy with work, he was informative, and kept his promises. Would recommend.

  Prompt attendance, and rapidly diagnosed the problem, which was a failed motor in the washing machine. However, the replacement part was not in stock, and the price was expensive, so I decided not to proceed. The engineer advised that a new machine would not cost a lot more than the replacement Indesit motor, and suggested that Beko machines had good availability of parts. They made a reduction to the originally quoted call-out charge, as the repair was not completed. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service provided.
