  Fantastic communication from John from the start, clear quote and very honest. Fixed out induction hob and oven and did his best to keep the cost down, which is always a bonus! Would absolutely recommend and will definitely call him again if the need arises. Thank you!

  Blocked pump on washing machine

  He was quick, polite, and efficient. He was able to fit us in the next day after I made the request. Showed him where the washing machine was and he just got on with it. He quickly identified the issue and removed the giant fur ball from the pump. While I hope to never need his services again; when I inevitably do I will definitely be using this company again.

  John-Andrew contacted me promptly to fix a time to do the repair, turned up on time, very straightforward, very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what he was looking for, what problems he found, told me what it would cost before doing anything and even vacuumed up around the appliance. He’s polite, conscientious and very professional, and friendly too. Full pacakage. Highly recommend.
