  John Andrew repaired our noisy dishwasher, he did an initial visit to diagnose the problem, a new motor was needed which he sourced and ordered for us then he returned to fit it. He also realigned the dishwasher for us and provided some advice about a vapour barrier. He was very efficient in his work, arrived when he said he would and communicated well with us via text and overall we are very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to ask him for help again if we have difficulty with other appliances.

  Fridge freezer Repair

  John Andrew was excellent and very professional in all services he provided to us. We wanted an expert to check our old fridge that stopped working and repair it if it was possible to repair. John Andrew assessed in detail the failure points of the fridge and showed us the entire process and all the faulty parts that needed to be replaced to bring the fridge freezer back to life. We put all the costs down and decided to go for a new fridge freezer after discussing repair costs vs new fridge freezer with a solid warranty. John Andrew was excellent in his work, very polite and very professional.
