Blocked pump on washing machine

He was quick, polite, and efficient.
He was able to fit us in the next day after I made the request.
Showed him where the washing machine was and he just got on with it.
He quickly identified the issue and removed the giant fur ball from the pump.
While I hope to never need his services again; when I inevitably do I will definitely be using this company again.
