Had quite an old thermostat system. that was being quite temperamental. upgraded to a new Hive smart thermostat. Matt was very professional and efficient. did the job properly. And explained the issues with the old thermostat too. Happy with the job and would recommend for quality and service.

I had an issue with my heating/hot water where it suddenly stopped working. Hamid from APlus promptly did some trouble shooting and replaced the timer controller and 3-port valve. This got the heating working but hot water was still not. He found a loose wire and fixed it to get the whole system working. He was very attentive and accommodated my requests with understanding and promptness. I would recommend him.
