Our job was Viesmann Boiler, LLH, Aquabion. Hamid and his colleague Matt, are a breath of fresh air in the trades world. Hamid is a true technical professional as well as a wonderful being. His work ethic, quality and deep understanding, thoughtfulness and responsiveness is something I have experienced for the first time - ever! If there ever should be a voice for professionalism and for a human first approach leader for all genuine technicians. Hamid gets my vote. Hamid is a Viessman guru and the only plumber i will call or recommend with 100% confidence.

Found site of leak which British Gas missed (pipe joint near heating pump). checked through ceiling below for another possible site of leak - not found. Joint tightened, active leak appeared to have stopped. Told to allow 2 days for drying out to see if dripping stops. Appeared very friendly and professional.

Superb. Couldn't have been any more helpful, communicative and professional. Excellent job done promptly and well. I will use Hamid for all my plumbing work in the future.

Matt was on time, polite, helpful and did a great job. He even got rid of a gigantic bug he found in the cistern at no extra charge! Highly recommended.

Matt was quick to contact me after my enquiry on Checkatrade and came round straight away to quote. The price given was reasonable and though the job was more complex due to what was unearthed once the tiles came off, he honoured the initial quote. The job did take a longer than expected (3 1/2 weeks) due to job being a bit more complex and other project commitments, however, Matt and recommended builder did a good job on coming up with solutions.

It was such a relief to receive a recommendation to this service. It ticked every box with regards to service provision and optimum customer service. Will certainly recommend to others with confidence.
