We had used Apex before and went back to them when we wanted additional windows and a new door. Dealing with them was straightforward. Measured up and order placed, although due to other reasons we had to delay the installation. Apex were very good and didnt hassle us. I ordered a replacement upvc door from Apex Windows. From start to finish, the company has been brilliant. All questions were answered in careful detail, the appointments were scheduled to suit us, the quote competitive and the ordering process was seamless. There was always somebody to answer the phone in the office and every member of staff has been very helpful and professional. The communication from Apex Windows has been excellent.. The door was supplied and fitted ahead of schedule.. We’re very happy with the door and the service we received. Can’t recommend enough.

From the initial call Apex are really professional and friendly. All appointments were confirmed and punctual. All quotes were thorough and a very competitive price. I was very pleased with the timing and efficiency. The team of workers were all friendly, tidy and very competent. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a very positive experience with the window installation team while they carried out amendments to the church hall windows. They were professional, punctual, and clearly committed to delivering a high-quality result. From the outset, they worked efficiently and showed great attention to detail, ensuring the work was completed to an excellent standard,. One of the windows arrived cracked but the team were super helpful and quick in replacing this. The team was respectful of the space, mindful of the church environment, and made every effort to keep the area tidy and minimise disruption.
