  Re-fix a slate that had slipped

  Nice chaps and came quickly but disappointed to be honest. They put the slate back and assured me it had been nailed and lead secured, but just 2 months later it had slipped again and it was evident they had only used mastic to secure it. Text them to come back, but absolutely no response.
