  On Time, On Budget!

  Choosing the right builder is a daunting process whether you are spending a little or a lot! Luckily for me I chose Apex Lofts & Construction who from start to finish provided me with expert advice and a finished Loft Conversion which was ON time and ON budget and which has transformed our property! I would recommend Apex to anyone considering an extension or loft conversion, they have a great team of professional skilled workmen and associated trades people, who worked tirelessly to achieve a fantastic extension to our family home!

  Knocked down an old house

  They demolished ¾ of an old house and totally rebuilt it from top to bottom. New roof and floors, new central heating system and electrics, new patios, new garage new walls. They fitted my sourced kitchen and bathrooms. All on time and to a high standard. Workmen were courteous and respectful and always showed up. It’s a well run business by Josh who keeps his men on schedule. The carpentry was excellent and never any quibbling over extra costs for oversites. I would highly recommend Josh and his team anytime.

  Whole house refurbishment

  House Refurbishment - HMO Conversion

  Apex Lofts carried out a full house refurbishment project to create a 6 bed HMO. Josh and the whole team were easy to work with and responsive to any onsite issues and worked with us to overcome these quickly. Josh was given a full specification of works including all finishes and furniture and delivered the house fully completed within the agreed programme. We would definitely use Apex again on future projects.

  Loft Extension - 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Brighton

  We have recently had a second floor extension added to our bungalow, adding two bedrooms and a bathroom - Brighton. Overall we have found Josh from Apex and his team to be brilliant and we highly recommend! The team throughout have been professional, polite and it took only approx 9 weeks from start to finish to complete the project.. You hear horror stories of some lofts taking 7+months! We had some changes to the plans which Josh helped us with, he gave us options for the style of windows, tiles, banister etc. I would be happy to be a reference for Apex, & provide pictures of the project.

  Loft Conversion and Extension

  There is not enough space on here for everything I want to say! Apex have been out of this world! Josh and his team were AMAZING! The contractors that he recommended were also fab! Josh and Apex went above and beyond to create our dream house. You won’t regret using them!
