Apex transformed our 2 bed detached bungalow into a 4 bed chalet bungalow with a large loft extension. Works included pitching a new roof and building a full length 10m dormer. Apex project managed all the works and tradesmen effectively and completed on time and to the agreed cost, subject to minor changes which were discussed in advance.

Garage conversion and internal wall removal. Really can’t praise Josh and his team enough. They were always helpful from day one and this continued all the way through the build with regular updates and willingness to change plans as we decided to change what we wanted. Steve and Carl were super friendly and let us know what was going on and did as much as possible to minimise the mess and ensure we could still use the kitchen. Would definitely recommend and we will be using again in the future.

Thanks to Josh and his team we have ended up with a home that we love. Josh was extremely helpful with the initial design, dealing with the architect and building control.

We appointed Apex to undertake our rear extension, plus a reconfiguration of the ground floor. Throughout the process, Apex has been excellent. Josh, the owner, has been invaluable from the first introduction to the final completion, and has been flexible throughout the project, plus has responded in resolving any of our issues. The team that undertook the work were also helpful and explained what was expected and how it would be done. Everyone was friendly and respectful and the quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend.

From the first contact Josh and his team were brilliant. Builds can be stressful, particularly with young children, however apart from the usual minor things, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I had someone on site every single day of the 8 weeks it took to complete my loft. Josh adapted to my many requests, patiently! And it was worth it, our loft is incredibly and better than expected.
