We appointed Apex to undertake our rear extension, plus a reconfiguration of the ground floor. Throughout the process, Apex has been excellent. Josh, the owner, has been invaluable from the first introduction to the final completion, and has been flexible throughout the project, plus has responded in resolving any of our issues. The team that undertook the work were also helpful and explained what was expected and how it would be done. Everyone was friendly and respectful and the quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend.

From the first contact Josh and his team were brilliant. Builds can be stressful, particularly with young children, however apart from the usual minor things, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I had someone on site every single day of the 8 weeks it took to complete my loft. Josh adapted to my many requests, patiently! And it was worth it, our loft is incredibly and better than expected. They demolished ¾ of an old house and totally rebuilt it from top to bottom. New roof and floors, new central heating system and electrics, new patios, new garage new walls. They fitted my sourced kitchen and bathrooms. All on time and to a high standard. Workmen were courteous and respectful and always showed up. It’s a well run business by Josh who keeps his men on schedule. The carpentry was excellent and never any quibbling over extra costs for oversites. I would highly recommend Josh and his team anytime.

Apex Lofts carried out a full house refurbishment project to create a 6 bed HMO. Josh and the whole team were easy to work with and responsive to any onsite issues and worked with us to overcome these quickly. Josh was given a full specification of works including all finishes and furniture and delivered the house fully completed within the agreed programme. We would definitely use Apex again on future projects.
