After a brief conversation about the symptoms of the problem, I was reassured. I also felt confident enough to get some extra work. Andi sourced the extra correct parts and arrived on time. Andi quickly found the source of my problem and resolved and tested quickly. The extra work I requested was also finished and tested in a professional manner. After completing the job, we had a small issue, but they attended the very next day and resolved it promptly.
