What a really nice genuine chap ! And he supports the same football team so that help…..we had an issue with the box for the CCTV and on his advise we are changing the system. I am happy with this and happy with the prompt response to getting this ordered and arranging a follow up for Monday. So all in all so far so good 😊

APD alarms were there when they said they would be there. Changed the broken PIR, so on the whole we’re good. Call out charge was steep (Date is approximate)
