We recently had a twin unit air conditioning system installed by AO Cooling. From the initial survey through to completion the service was professional, knowlegeable and extremely helpful. Everything was completed to a high standard and within the times given with a comprehensive handover at the end. Our air conditioning system is quiet, efficient, and has made a huge difference to the comfort of our home. Andy and James installed 2 Samsung heat pump units to my house a few days ago. One in my bedroom and one in the large kitchen area. They have done a really excellent job. I was initially concerned that the external parts of the units would spoil the look of my Georgian house. However Andy positioned them in the best possible places and ensured all the trunking and pipework looked in keeping. Andy made sure I was involved in all the decision making regarding siting and power sourcing and explained all I needed to know about operating the units. Very professional.
