Andy and James installed 2 Samsung heat pump units to my house a few days ago. One in my bedroom and one in the large kitchen area. They have done a really excellent job. I was initially concerned that the external parts of the units would spoil the look of my Georgian house. However Andy positioned them in the best possible places and ensured all the trunking and pipework looked in keeping. Andy made sure I was involved in all the decision making regarding siting and power sourcing and explained all I needed to know about operating the units. Very professional. I would 100% recommend.

Andy was incredibly professional, clean and concise. He installed a 5kw AC unit into the conservatory within half a day. Andy’s expertise meant that I was given the correct sized unit for the space and he talked through the benefits. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to get AC.

From the initial visit to survey our job to the actual installation, A. O. Cooling provided a professional service. Andy and his team arrived on time and installed our bedroom AC within the estimated time slot. Their work was very neat and there was no mess. We are now looking forward to the warmer weather and being able to sleep in comfort this year.
