  I had a new boiler and radiator fitted. I dealt with Tony for the initial inspection who also sorted out a radiator which wasn't working. For the fitting Mark and Zac did the job. All three were very professional and personable, I felt completely comfortable with them. The arrived promptly and cleaned up before they left. They made sure I was satisfied with everything and were happy to answer questions. I would 100% use them again and will be signing up to their service plan.

  The lad arrived promptly in the morning and started servicing the boiler immediately. He showed us what he was doing and explained why certain parts of the boiler needed cleaning etc. he was well informed and professional. When he’d finished he spoke to use about the company’s service plan option but without being pushy! He simply explained what it was. We will be using them again.

  Oil boiler repair

  I put a request out detailing the issues I was having with my boiler and was contacted the same day regarding next available dates for someone to come and inspect it. Good communication from start to finish, upon arrival a number of items were carried out to identify the cause of the problems. The boiler issues were identified and addressed on the same day and some useful tips and guidance was provided regarding long term maintenance. Overall a very positive experience.
