  Luke came out to us very quickly when we had a water issue. He explained the problem and talked through the solution. He was friendly and professional and we highly recommend! We’ve used Anthony’s many times and always find they have fantastic customer service.

  Professional, polite, friendly and turn up when expected.

  Mark turned up when expected and was always friendly, polite and explained clearly the issue. When it was clear the issue was a more expensive part Mark suggested the boiler manufacturer could repair it more cheaply for me and phoned them on speaker phone to get me a cost. Due to the fixed price cost and age of the boiler I decided to get a new boiler which was sourced and fitted by Anthony's. Mark, with Zach's help, completed the work professionally and tidied up after themselves. Very happy so far with my new boiler. I also intend to sign up for their service plan.
