The company contacted me to say that the service was due Booking the date for the work was very easy. Luke, the engineer, arrived on time and set about the work immediately. Upon completion he gave me a detailed summary of what he had done and the condition of the boiler. He then drew my attention to a seal which has started to deteriorate and told me it was safe but will need attention either next year or sooner. He is going to include that in his report to the company and a decision will be made. Throughout the visit he was courteous, friendly and reassuring.
