Had a New Boiler fitted and coming near the second service the boiler had a fault and stopped working.
I phoned the office which was on answerphone and left a message to call me back.
No one phoned back and so I rang again and spoke to a lady who told me I would have a phone call back with that afternoon, which again never happened.
Having spent over £6000 with this Company they cannot back up their work and have
left me without heating and no Back up service.
When I eventually did speak to someone their attitude was almost as I was an inconvenience to them.

Firstly, I apologise that our customer service was not up to our usual standard. We are currently dealing with a family emergency which means that my working hours are not usual. Unfortunately, that meant I failed to call you back that afternoon as promised, it was not my intention to let you down. While I appreciate that you may have already resolved this issue, I will be contacting you personally to discuss this. Please be aware that your boiler is covered by a 7 year guarantee from Worcester so if it is a fault with the boiler, they would be able to repair it under the guarantee.
