  I am more than happy to recommend AN Property Solution Ltd. From the outset quotations were given , meeting Aiden and his team I had a worry free experience, and the job was completed in the time frame quoted. The work thorough and professional and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. The tradespeople turned up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.   Great Builders

  We had an extension and change the front elevation of the house by AN Property Solutions. All work was done to a very good standard, within budget and in a timely manner. Aidan and Liam have always kept us informed about what they were planning to do in the next few days and when they expected each stage to finish. Their workmen are all super friendly, extremely nice people and very respectful of the property. We were living in the property all through the building work, and they made sure we had minimal disruption to our lives. I won't hesitate recommending them for any building work.

  New roof- professional and timely installation

  Aidan and his team assessed the roof quickly and thoroughly which included getting 3 storey scaffolding put in place. It is a large roof with a velux window. Aidan sent me photos and videos of the roof and gave helpful advice but wasn’t pushy. It was clear that the roof needed replacing (multiple areas of weather egress into the house, old and poor quality installation). Aidan gave me a quote and once I had agreed got the work started promptly. The work was completed to schedule and the quality of the workmanship is clear. Aidan sent me photos and videos of the completed roof.

  A N property Solitions carried out some building work for my elderly mother-in-law, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. The team was professional, reliable, and incredibly respectful — they took great care to ensure she felt comfortable and informed throughout the process.   Structural work completed

  We had structural work completed. We are really happy with the work. It was done to a high standard. There were some surprises with the structure of our wall, but they worked closely with the structural engineer to ensure everything was done to a good standard.
