We recently used AN Property Solutions to replace a failed lintel and deteriorating brickwork above our garage door. We cannot stress enough how extremely impressed we are with the finished work. The whole team was professional, reliable, and communicative. We had our kitchen and living knocked through and a new utility built. The team were brilliant from start to finish. Always on time, always kept me in the loop and asked my opinion on elements of the project as they worked through. They were done on time and to a very high quality. We genuinely couldn't recommend them more.

AN Property Solutions removed our dining room wall, replaced a window with french doors, bricked up the back door leading to the garden and fit a new kitchen. Aidan has been so kind and thorough throughout the whole process, he's easy to contact, helps with final decisions and gives the best guidance. Aidan was really helpful with the building regulations paperwork we required and I didn't need to do a thing. Liam, Ben, Kieran and the rest of the team have been amazing, they worked so hard, they were really kind, helpful and easy to talk to. I cannot fault them and would definitely recommend!

Aidan and his team have done a great job at renovating my house throughout, including structural modifications. He helped identity the major works required and advised on options and associated costs to fit my budget. The work has been undertaken to a high standard and always keeping me informed of progress and helping me make informed decisions as the work has proceeded. The team has kept the property and outside tidy and have checked with neighbours etc. I'm very pleased with the works which are transforming my property to a much higher standard with more useable pleasant interior spaces.
