Imran came to service our heating system. As always he's been great throughout the whole process. Very clear communication assessing the job and explaining, with great transparency. Arrival on time, very clear way of working, tidy and asking me regularly about my satisfaction. Equally available to take additional questions, provide advice also on other related matters.
