I contacted the engineer by text to arrange a service of our boiler. Imran replied promptly with a date and booked me in. He arrived on time, was very polite and friendly. He serviced the boiler and was very professional. We have also used Imran to replace our old radiators. We highly recommend him.

Imran does what he says he will do, turns up when he says he will turn up and gets straight on with the job in an entirely trustworthy way. He also explains what he is doing in straight forward terms.

Brilliant service! Went above and beyond to remove an old gas heater, install radiators and fit our cooker. Very punctual, polite and patient, even helped us on a weekend which made moving in much easier. Highly recommend!
