  Excellent Ani Appliances

  Abdul was absolutely fantastic. He came out once and did a fantastic job attempting to fix my fridge freezer but sadly the problem persisted - however he came back out the next week and brought a variety of high spec equipment to deeply investigate the issue. Since leaving, the fridge is like new. I'm so grateful for this kind and thorough piece of work. Great, responsive service.

  Same day call out

  Abdul and his colleague came to fix my oven the same day I called. They checked it out and quickly figured out the issue - the fuse needed replacing. Luckily, they had the exact fuse with them, so we didn’t have to order one or wait for another visit, which was a huge win! Both were really friendly and professional. I’d definitely recommend them.

  He ask about the call out i told hime my call out. including labour is £95, any part will be on top. He agreed and he booked me for next day morning. Next Day I attend to him at his address. He show me the machine. The was pulled  out from under the count

  A bad experience- taking money and nothing fixed

  A disappointing experience. I ended up paying £130 and still with a broken washing machine. Abdul was very reluctant to do a joint diagnosis on the phone and Whatsapp. I even sent a video of the symptons. I guess he did this for the call out fee. Then he looked at the machine and as I suggested the fan belt had come off. He put it back on and then asked for a increased fee (none of this was discussed or agreed pre call out). I paid him £130. Then the machine did not work again and put oil on my clothes. He said he would send washing machine options. He did not. A bad experience.

  Complaint is not true The customer try to repair the machine, he failed. I repair his machine, it woks and i left it work. He satisfied and he paid £95 for call out and repair. And £35 for the part. Total is £130. But i warn him about the bearing is neary finish to not overload the machine. He use the machine for two month. Thats why he complain after two month.
