A disappointing experience.
I ended up paying £130 and still with a broken washing machine.
Abdul was very reluctant to do a joint diagnosis on the phone and Whatsapp. I even sent a video of the symptons.
I guess he did this for the call out fee.
Then he looked at the machine and as I suggested the fan belt had come off.
He put it back on and then asked for a increased fee (none of this was discussed or agreed pre call out).
I paid him £130.
Then the machine did not work again and put oil on my clothes.
He said he would send washing machine options. He did not.
A bad experience.

Complaint is not true
The customer try to repair the machine, he failed. I repair his machine, it woks and i left it work. He satisfied and he paid £95 for call out and repair. And £35 for the part. Total is £130. But i warn him about the bearing is neary finish to not overload the machine. He use the machine for two month. Thats why he complain after two month.
