  Moving gas boiler from the bedroom to the loft. Advising on potential future work around the house.

  Professional and informative throughout. After coming out to assess a few jobs around the house, he advised us on our best course of action and we felt informed enough to agree to the work right away. The only point to raise was his lack of assistance on the first day, which was no fault of his own. His apprentice was in college that day and he hadn't been informed, but they were still able to carry out the work and he made sure it was done on time as agreed. We appreciated the extra effort he put in. Overall, we are very happy with the work and will be using this company in future.

  An engineer from AN Heating came out to check on a fault on my boiler. On investigation, the engineer found it was found that the fault in question was covered under Worcester Bosch Guarantee and I was given the relevant phone number to contact. I also use AN Heating for regular annual boiler service. Office staff and engineers are always polite, friendly and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will continue to use their services when required.

  Service seemed to have holes in the process between the head office and engineers

  Initially, it was a very good experience, and were very quick to find an alternative date for the service when illness struck. Sadly, the service led to a problem that required follow-up, as the heating did not work. Unfortunately, the engineer sent over then did not understand the type of boiler, which led to a delay, and so there was a delay in sourcing the part after another engineer visit. There was an issue where a critical part was not included, and a fix was needed. It took 3 weeks from the service to being in working order

  Very poor service

  Had a new hot water emersion heater fitted as old one broken, just a trickle coming out the taps which was stated. After install had the same problem and was told I had to scrap the new installation and pay again for a pressureised one. Not happy with this company
