Very good and friendly service - professional work carried out in good time

We are very pleased with how everything went with the fitting of our new boiler. From obtaining the quote to completion of the work everything was very efficient . Both fitters were very friendly, hard working and left everything clean and tidy each day. The operation of the system was well explained and our queries answered. All communication was very good and we would definitely recommend their services.

I had an awful intermittent noise from our boiler that another two engineers from another (big name) company failed to resolve, which then developed into a leak. These guys came, had a look and a listen, took the video I’d recorded, made a suggestion of a part but went away to talk to the boiler’s manufacturer about the fault before suggesting we should progress. This took a couple of weeks but communication throughout was brilliant and the engineer who came to ultimately fix it was very nice. I’m very happy with the result and would highly recommend them.
