    Very poor experience with Anglian home improvement

    I built a conservatory but it was missold by the sales guy. And it took months to kick off and after a lot of chasing. Post building it started to make a clicking sound but no one bothers to help. There has been holes appearing and for months I am still waiting for someone to reply to my email. Very poor experience.

    Products ok. Customer service horrendous

    Ordered doors and windows through Anglian. Only door was booked in for installation. Call handler was patronising and rude. Debris was thrown from upstairs window, damaging porch roof, a month later, and being put back and forth between customer service, my roof still has a hole, my complaint has been ignored. Horrible service. Products are ok, but would absolutely not recommend Anglian

    Where to begin

    Awful - When we initially ordered the salesman sold us a type of door that don't do - The surveyor messed up the measurements and had to come back 2/3 times - the installer cut my doorbell(then refuse to fix it) and also never selaed around my door - so lets a lot of cold air in( we have a newborn baby) - was told to " take photos" of air somehow - honestly have never dealt with such an incompetent company - stay well away

    Excellent customer service and care

    I can't thank Anglian Home Improvements enough for a stress free instalation. Barry Marven Sales was absolutely fantastic, said it how it is, professional curtious excellent communicator. The surveyor Chris, instalers Phil & Amanda were all outstanding, curtious, polite, worked efficentley, attention to detail. The quality is excellent, the service impecable. I would highly recommend, Anglian Home Improvements, they were outstanding from start to finish. Thank you for my new windows and door :-)

    Foreign Installers, bad english

    Hi, work was carried out, but the installers were foreign, and languge barrier was hard, after the 1st day install, they left, I had a gutter snake in my gutters, when they returned the next day, I said where's my gutter snake, they said had binned it, I said why, they said you didn't ask to keep it, I said you should have asked me. I have CCTV cameras installed, and they put the cables in behind the facias, so I had no access to the connectors, so I had to upgrade a camera, and I had to destroy a working camera to upgrade to my new camera
